Revised web impact factor analysis of Timor Leste University website during COVID-19 pandemic

The global coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic requires the Timor Leste government to make a school from home policy. This policy has encouraged several universities improve quality of their distance learning services. However, it seems that not gone deep enough conduct preliminary study on each university website's readiness face this. Based previous research, website impact factor is one criteria for increasing webometrics rankings. Still, explained in detail types referring pages and domains can affect research investigates extent which R-WIF affects examines factors quality. We surveyed revised web (R-WIF) at seven determine academic sites' relative standing. results show, although some have increased number backlinks, ranking prefers backlinks come high-authorization sites such as .edu .gov. correlation value indicates this phenomenon between Webometrics 0.464, means moderate. Universities need implement strategies rankings, especially visibility.
